Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise stated in a specific giveaway card or official rules, giveaways are open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor or its affiliates may be ineligible where prohibited by policy or law.

Each giveaway has its own start and end date/time displayed on the giveaway card. Entries submitted after the listed end date/time are automatically ineligible.

Sponsor's clock and system records are the official timekeeping mechanisms for each giveaway.

To enter through the Platform, users must:

• –Be logged in to an active Scrub Society account
• –Provide a valid mailing address when required for fulfillment
• –Submit an entry using the "Enter Giveaway" action before the entry deadline

Instagram or other social handle fields may be requested as optional information unless specifically designated as required for that giveaway.

Limit one (1) entry per person per giveaway unless a giveaway card or official rules expressly allow otherwise.

Duplicate, automated, scripted, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winners are selected at random from eligible entries received during the giveaway period, unless a different method is clearly disclosed for a specific giveaway.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners may be contacted by email, phone, in-app message, or other contact method available on file. A potential winner may be required to confirm identity, age, residency, and eligibility before prize fulfillment.

If a selected entrant is unreachable, fails to respond within the timeframe provided, is ineligible, or fails verification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Prize details are listed on each giveaway card. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes, fees, and reporting obligations associated with prize acceptance and use.

Where applicable, Sponsor may require tax documentation before fulfillment.

A complete and accurate U.S. mailing address may be required to enter and/or receive a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details provided by the entrant.

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's first name, last initial, city/state, likeness, and giveaway-related statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses bots or automation, provides false information, attempts to manipulate results, or violates applicable law or platform terms.

Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel a giveaway if technical failures, fraud, abuse, or other causes compromise fairness or integrity.

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and service providers from claims arising out of participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for technical interruptions, system errors, network failures, unauthorized intervention, or human error that may affect giveaway administration.

If a giveaway references Instagram, Facebook, or another third-party platform, that platform is not a sponsor of the giveaway and is not responsible for administration, fulfillment, or disputes unless explicitly stated otherwise in official giveaway rules.

We may update these Giveaway Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
