Local Pay: $22.00/hour- W2

Shift Details:

• Nightshift - 11:15 PM – 7:15 AM

• 5 (8-hour) shifts a week and every other weekend including holidays.

Behavioral Health Assistant Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and provide support for their behavioral and emotional needs.

• Monitor patient behavior and report concerns or changes to the healthcare team.

• Help implement care plans and encourage participation in therapeutic activities.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients.

• Document patient observations and activities as required.

• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines

Minimum Qualifications 

• Current, valid, and unrestricted SC license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a BHA

• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,..)
