Key Responsibilities of the CNA or BHT

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing
• Perform health-related tasks, including taking and recording vital signs and collecting specimens
• Transport residents to appointments, providing necessary assistance
• Engage in de-escalation techniques within adult psych facilities

Requirements of the CNA or BHT

• Valid Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a psych facility
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Carrying out duties with professionalism and efficient communication
• 1 to 2 years of travel contract experience
