Key Responsibilities of the CNA

• Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing and feeding
• Document patient interactions using Point Click Care
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met

Requirements of the CNA

• 1.5+ years of CNA experience
• Valid NY State CNA license
• Experience in a rehabilitation nursing center and long-term care (LTC) setting
• Familiarity with Point Click Care
