Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time travel assignment based in Geneva, NY. This position requires working in a long-term care (LTC) environment, ensuring that residents' needs are met with care and adherence to policy.

Key Responsibilities of the CNA

• Ensure residents' ADLs are met as outlined in the care plan while maintaining a safe environment, including hygiene and nutrition.
• Maintain residents' environments and safety per protocol, addressing call lights, and utilizing safety equipment.
• Meet residents' nutritional needs, respecting preferences and documenting per protocol.
• Fulfill residents' rehabilitative needs, including range of motion and ambulation as per care plan.
• Report residents' rights, refusals, and changes in condition to the Charge Nurse promptly.

Requirements of the CNA

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
• One (1) Year of previous LTC experience
• Licensed for at least 1 year
