Pay: $1018.50 per week

Shifts: 37.5 hours/week - Evening Shift

Key Responsibilities of the CNA - FT evenings

• Meet residents' ADLs needs as outlined in the plan of care
• Maintain and document the resident's environment and safety
• Ensure residents' nutritional needs are met and preferences honored
• Address rehabilitative needs according to the plan of care
• Report residents' rights, refusals, and concerns to the supervising nurse
• Identify and report changes in resident status to the charge nurse promptly

Requirements of the CNA - FT evenings

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
• BLS (AHA or RQI specifically)
• One year of previous long-term care experience
• Licensure must be held for at least one year
