Shifts: PT (2 shifts one week/3 shifts the following week)

Seven Healthcare are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in Waterloo, NY. This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care within long-term care (LTC) environments, supporting patients' age-specific needs. As a CNA, you will collaborate with licensed nursing personnel to ensure patients' well-being.

Key Responsibilities of the CNA

• Meet residents' ADLs needs as outlined in the care plan, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
• Maintain residents' environment and safety, including prompt response to call lights and alarms
• Ensure nutritional needs are met, respecting residents' preferences and choices
• Address residents' rehabilitative needs, including range of motion and proper use of assistive devices
• Report residents' rights, refusals, and concerns to Charge and/or Supervising Nurse promptly

Requirements of the CNA

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification Required
• BLS (AHA/RQI)
• One (1) year of experience in a long-term care or CNA capacity
• Licensed for at least 1 year
