Key Responsibilities of the CNA Part Time

• Meet resident's ADLs needs as outlined in their care plan, ensuring a safe environment.
• Maintain resident's environment and safety according to care plans and procedures.
• Address resident's nutritional needs, respecting preferences and choices.
• Meet resident's rehabilitative needs per care plan, including exercises and assistive device use.
• Report resident's rights, refusals, concerns, and any changes in status promptly.

Requirements of the CNA Part Time

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification required for at least 1 year
• BLS certification through AHA or RQI
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care
