Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem

Location: Waterloo, NY

Pay: $1,133.60 weekly

Shifts: 24 hours required monthly, must include 2 weekend shifts

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a per diem role in Waterloo, NY. This position requires the CNA to perform both direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care (LTC) and be knowledgeable in providing age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Attend to residents' ADLs (hygiene, grooming, dressing, etc.) as per the care plan and protocols
• Ensure residents' safety and maintain cleanliness of unit, responding promptly to call lights and alarms
• Meet residents' nutritional needs, honoring their preferences and choices
• Provide rehabilitative care, including range of motion and transfers, following the care plan
• Report residents' rights, refusals, and any changes in status to the Charge Nurse promptly

Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• One (1) year experience in LTC or CNA capacity
