Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Pay: $1,044.40 per week

Shifts: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

• Ensure resident's ADL's are met, including hygiene and grooming, in a safe environment; document per protocol.
• Maintain resident environment and safety per care plan; handle safety devices and report equipment issues.
• Meet nutritional needs as outlined in care plans; respect resident preferences and document accordingly.
• Address rehabilitative needs including range of motion, ambulation, and transfers; document efforts.
• Report resident rights, refusals, and concerns promptly; communicate changes in resident status.

Requirements of the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
• BLS certification (AHA or RQI only)
• One year of experience in a long-term care setting or CNA capacity
