Job Title: CNA/Ward Clerk - Med Surg

Location: International Falls, MN

Pay: $1,211.76 per week

Shifts: 12 Hour Shifts, Rotate if Necessary (Days/Nights)

Key Responsibilities of the CNA/Ward Clerk

• Assist with patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of patient information
• Support multidisciplinary teams with various administrative duties
• Facilitate efficient communication within the unit
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

Requirements of the CNA/Ward Clerk

• AHA BLS certification
• CNA certification via Minnesota Nurse Aide Registry
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Completion of a Medical Terminology course or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
