Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist

• Conduct CT imaging procedures as per departmental protocol
• Ensure proper patient positioning and exposure factors
• Perform routine quality control tests as per ACR and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and professional standards

Requirements of the CT Technologist

• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications
• BLS certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology; CT experience preferred
• Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology
