Location: Rochester, NY

Pay: $3,491.28 weekly

Shifts: Fri - Sun 7am - 7:30pm, On-call 2-3 call shifts/month

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role requires expertise in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a vital part of the healthcare team, you will perform essential CT scans and collaborate closely with physicians.

Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist

• Confirm patient identity and exam verification prior to initiating the scan
• Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging
• Prepare patients for scans and explain procedures
• Insert IVs when necessary for the test
• Position patients, utilizing safe handling techniques
• Maintain accurate patient record keeping within EPIC
• Ensure images are correctly sent to the PACS system
• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility

Requirements of the CT Technologist

• NYS licensure (must obtain prior to starting)
• Completion of formal training in Radiologic Technology
• Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Two (2) years' experience in similar role
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience
