Job Title: Echo Tech - Interventional Radiology - Travel

Location: Shreveport, LA

Pay: $80/hr

Shifts: 7AM-3:30PM (Monday-Friday), plus on-call duties every 3-4 weeks

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Echo Tech specializing in Interventional Radiology for a travel assignment in Shreveport, LA. This full-time role involves performing diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures in a hospital environment, supporting OR, inpatient, outpatient, and cath lab settings.

Key Responsibilities of the Echo Tech - Interventional Radiology

• Perform transthoracic and stress echocardiograms per physician orders
• Apply cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology knowledge to obtain diagnostic-quality images
• Ensure proper documentation and labeling of studies
• Work independently on moderate complexity assignments with general guidance
• Adhere to established protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in routine equipment maintenance and quality control procedures
• Communicate effectively with referring providers and assist with patient education

Requirements of the Echo Tech - Interventional Radiology

• Graduate of an accredited echocardiogram, cardiovascular sonography, or equivalent program
• 1-3 years of echocardiography experience preferred
• Adult Echocardiography (AE) RDCS by ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) by CCI or Vascular Sonography (VS) by ARRT
• BLS required
