Shift Details:

Sat/Sun 7:00am to 5:00pm or 6:00am to 4:00pm.
40 hours work week

LCSW Duties & Responsibilities:

Conducts psychosocial assessments and provides individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and other clinical social work services.
Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patients’ mental health and psychosocial needs.
Collaborates with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care, referrals, and support services.
Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
Performs other duties within the scope of licensure as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Minimum of 1 year of related experience within the last 3 years
Additional certifications may be required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents
