Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health

Location: LaGrange, GA

Pay: $1,691.60 per week

Shifts: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in home health for a contract assignment in LaGrange, GA. As a key player in providing in-home care, you'll work closely with Registered Nurses, delivering both direct and indirect patient care services. This role does not require on-call responsibilities and covers Troup, Harris, and Muscogee counties.

Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health

• Provide direct patient care services in home or alternative settings
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses in delivering nursing treatments as per the care plan
• Perform technical nursing interventions including infusion, wound care, and phlebotomy
• Conduct skilled interventions such as catheter care, wound vacs, and picc line dressing changes
• Instruct and support patients and caregivers in independent living at home

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health

• Valid GA License (Compact license accepted)
• Proficiency in HCHB, OASIS, and related procedures
• Experience with wound care, catheter changes, and other skilled interventions
