Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in Warm Springs, Montana. This role involves working in a therapeutic environment, providing skilled nursing care to adult clients with developmental, behavioral, or psychiatric disorders.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN

• Perform skilled nursing duties, assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations for adult clients.
• Supervise and account for patients' care and progress.
• Report and document patients' physical, emotional, and behavioral status.
• Uphold and protect patient rights.
• Utilize therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques as necessary.

Requirements of the LPN

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the State of Montana.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, particularly in mental health settings.
• Preferred experience with developmental, behavioral, or psychiatric disorders.
• CPI Certification is highly desired.
• 1 year of contract experience required.
