Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

This position involves working in a therapeutic environment with adult clients. Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Assist and support clients in a therapeutic environment
• Conduct skilled nursing duties, assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
• Supervise and account for patients; provide care as directed by providers
• Observe, report, and document patient's physical, emotional, and behavior status
• Maintain and protect patient rights
• Use therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current LPN license in the State of Montana or compact state
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health settings
• At least 1 year of contract experience
• Preferred experience with developmental, behavioral, or psychiatric disorders
• CPI Certification highly desired
• Local to Montana preferred
