Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Travel

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Travel

• Active LPN/LVN license
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Reliable personal transportation required due to limited public transport options
• Availability to work every other weekend
• All RTO must be approved before finalizing contract
