Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Med Surg - Travel

• Perform IV starts and manage cardiac rhythm surveillance and escalation
• Conduct post-catheterization access-site and neurovascular assessments
• Manage radial band care and chest tube care
• Monitor cardiac infusions and PCA pump care
• Conduct stroke/neuro assessments

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Med Surg - Travel

• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, cardiac catheterization recovery, stroke care, chest tube management, and cardiac infusion preferred
