Shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities of the LVN - MedSurg/Tele

• Conduct comprehensive MedSurg assessments
• Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders
• Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings
• Assist in wound care and gastric decompression procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements of the LVN - MedSurg/Tele

• Valid LVN license
• BLS Certification
• IV Certification
• Preferred: ACLS and NIH certifications
