Pay: $1,701.72 per week

Shifts: 6p-6a, some 10p-6a; every other weekend and holiday

This role involves working in a post-acute care setting, providing quality care to patients with chronic conditions such as dementia and diabetes. Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Provide direct care to patients with chronic illnesses
• Monitor patient health and vital signs
• Administer IV medications as required
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADL)
• Document patient care using Point Click Care (PCC) system

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

• BLS Certification
• Valid LPN/LVN license
• Experience in long-term or post-acute care preferred
