Location: Geneva, NY

Pay: $1,671.20 per week

Shifts: Full-time, Nights, Every Other Weekend and Holiday

Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) FT Nights

• Collect data relevant to the resident's physical and psychosocial condition and communicate findings to the RN and other team members.
• Contribute to the creation of a developmentally age-appropriate and culturally relevant plan of resident care.
• Recommend revisions to the plan of care after evaluating resident outcomes.
• Maintain current knowledge and competency in Nursing Practice and participate in staff mentoring and orientation.
• Consider safety, cost, and impact in planning and delivery of care under the RN's direction.

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) FT Nights

• NY LPN Licensure and BLS (AHA or RQI only) certification.
• 1 year of experience in an LPN role, preferably in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility.
