Job Title: LPN Part Time

Location: Geneva, NY

Pay: $41.78 per hour

Shifts: Part Time (24 hours), 3-8 one week and 2 8hr shifts the following, every other weekend Fri & Sat night

Key Responsibilities of the LPN Part Time

• Collects data relevant to resident's physical and psychosocial condition and communicates findings to the RN and Interdisciplinary Team.
• Contributes to the resident care plan, reflecting nursing diagnosis and interventions for achieving desired outcomes.
• Recommends revisions to the plan of care based on evaluation of resident outcomes.
• Maintains knowledge and competency in Nursing Practice and participates in mentoring/orientation of staff.
• Provides leadership in the professional practice setting under the direction of an RN.

Requirements of the LPN Part Time

• NY LPN Licensure
• BLS certification (AHA or RQI only accepted)
• 1 year of experience serving in an LPN capacity at a Long-Term Care Facility
