Job Title: LPN - Part Time Evening

Location: Geneva, NY

Pay: $42.52 per hour

Shifts: 2x8s one week / 3x8s the following week + Every Other Weekend, Holiday

Key Responsibilities of the LPN - Part Time Evening

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents
• Follow defined policies and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Maintain collaborative relationships with nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary staff
• Collect data on resident's physical and psychosocial condition and communicate findings
• Contribute to care plans and recommend revisions as necessary
• Participate in mentoring/orientation of staff and maintain competency in nursing practice

Requirements of the LPN - Part Time Evening

• NY LPN Licensure
• BLS Certification through AHA or RQI
• 1 year experience as LPN, specifically in a Long Term Care Facility
