Key Responsibilities of the LPN Part Time (24 hours)

• Ensure resident's ADL needs are met according to the plan of care in a safe environment, including hygiene and grooming.
• Maintain a safe and clean resident environment as per care plan protocols.
• Meet resident's nutritional needs according to their preferences and care plan.
• Provide rehabilitative support as outlined in the care plan, ensuring proper body alignment and use of assistive devices.
• Report resident rights, refusals, concerns, and notable changes to the supervisory nurse promptly.

Requirements of the LPN Part Time (24 hours)

• Active NY LPN Licensure
• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
• 1 year of experience as an LPN
• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
