Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Pay: $1,620 weekly

Shifts: Shifts as scheduled, every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform medication passes accurately and safely
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Supervise CNAs on assigned units

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

• Active NY State License
• Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to pass medication administration test and clinical observation
