Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Vestal, NY

Pay: $1,620 per week

Shifts: Every other weekend required upon center request

This role is within a state/government run long-term care center specializing in secured memory and behavioral health units. Candidates must be comfortable working with Alzheimer's and dementia patient populations in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform medication passes accurately and safely
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Supervise CNAs on assigned units

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Active NY State License
• Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
• BLS Certification
• Ability to pass a medication administration test and clinical observation
