Pay: $1,790.40 weekly

Shifts: EOW and Holiday required

Key Responsibilities of the LPN Full Time D/E Rotation

• Collect data relevant to resident's physical and psychosocial condition and communicate findings to RN and Interdisciplinary Team
• Contribute to the development of age-appropriate and culturally relevant care plans reflecting nursing diagnosis and interventions
• Recommend care plan revisions and refer as necessary to address all aspects of resident care, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain current knowledge and competency in Nursing Practice; mentor/orient staff under RN supervision
• Demonstrate awareness of safety, cost, and impact factors in care delivery; provide professional leadership in the practice setting

Requirements of the LPN Full Time D/E Rotation

• Valid NY LPN Licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or RQI
• Minimum 1 year experience as an LPN, preferably in a Long Term Care (LTC) Facility
