Local Pay: $37.80/hour

Travel Pay:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $18.16, Stipend (Lodging $560.00 + M&I $273.00) = $833.00, 

Total Comp: $1,486.76

Shift Details:

• 12 Hrs 

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.

• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes

Minimum Qualifications 

• Current, valid, and unrestricted WV  license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of __1_ year/s of recent experience as a LPN.

• Copy of current, completed License from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents 

• Prefer the individual to have psychiatric/ long term care  knowledge and experience.
