Medical Biller

In this role, you will be responsible for charge entry, patient registration verification, and claims processing, while managing patient aging reports, assisting with patient balance collections, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You will also perform medical claims follow-up to ensure timely reimbursement and leverage Practice Management Systems in efficient and innovative ways. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of medical billing experience, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, along with strong knowledge of billing procedures, insurance guidelines, and claim submission processes, as well as proficiency in ICD-10 coding, electronic billing/clearinghouse systems, health plan websites, and Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attendance are essential.
