Medical Billing Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Medical Billing Specialist with 3 or more years of experience in medical billing who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. In this role, you will be responsible for working accounts receivable aging reports, posting insurance and patient payments, following up with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement, and proactively resolving claim issues. Additional responsibilities include writing appeals for denied claims, assisting patients in understanding and resolving account balances, entering charges and demographic information, identifying billing trends and recommending corrective actions, collaborating with administration to improve processes, and maintaining a high level of professionalism while representing Trajectory and its clients. You will also be expected to deliver excellent customer service to both clients and patients at all times and perform other duties as assigned.
