Job Title: MRI Technologist

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay: $3,431.60 weekly

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11pm EST; holidays as per unit needs

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join a team in Rochester, NY. This role involves operating MRI machinery proficiently within a travel assignment context. Candidates will work in an engaging medical environment, contributing to essential diagnostic procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist

• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility
• Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging
• Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable
• Insert IVs when necessary for the test
• Document all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information
• Provide patient care tasks as needed

Requirements of the MRI Technologist

• Two (2) Years' Experience
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Must have GE scanner experience to be considered
• Level 1 Trauma Center Experience
• Certification through the ARRT
• Must have Injection Certification to be considered
• NYS Rad Tech license - must be willing to obtain this after starting
