Requirements of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist

• CNMT Certification: Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
• ARRT Certification: ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine.
• State License: New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) license to practice nuclear medicine.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification and adherence to NRC regulations often required.
