Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Travel

Location: Peoria, IL

Pay: $2,857.60 per week

Shifts: Monday-Friday (3 days 8-4:30 and 2 days 9-5:30)

Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy for patients aged birth to 18
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Focus on conditions such as sensory processing difficulties and fine motor delays
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff when on-site
• Utilize the EPIC charting system for documentation

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

• Active IL license or confirmation of application process initiation
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum of 1-year pediatric experience
• Willingness to comply with drug-free campus policies
