Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Travel

Location: Bemidji, MN

Pay: $2,707.20 weekly

Shifts: 40 hours: M-F, day shift; no call or weekends

This role involves providing comprehensive therapy services across various settings, including acute hospital care and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with a variety of diagnoses in an acute hospital setting
• Provide therapy services for patients with conditions such as general deconditioning, joint replacements, and postoperative orthopedic cases
• Offer coverage support for residents in SNF facilities at Neilson Place and Blackduck, MN
• Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records and Casamba/NetHealth in LTC environments
• Work independently within multiple facilities, adapting to varied therapy needs

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

• MN Occupational Therapy Licensure
• Active BLS – must be AHA
• Experience with inpatient and SNF settings
• EPIC experience highly preferred
• Willingness to float to all required locations
