Shifts: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Provide accurate dispensing of medications
• Conduct regular review of patient medication therapies for effectiveness and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient care and outcomes
• Utilize Meditech EMR for patient medication records and management

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• Valid state pharmacist license
• Hospital experience
• Familiarity with Meditech and inpatient clinical monitoring systems including DoseEdge and Vigilenz
