Pay: $3,609.60 per week

Shifts: 8 hour shifts; no weekends; no call

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Pharmacist order verification in Epic
• Check floor stock and compounded sterile products
• Conduct VTE high risk determination
• Handle phone calls to patients scheduled for surgery 7-10 days prior
• Assist with OR schedule preparations for medications

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• Hospital pharmacy experience required
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
