Shifts: Nights 2030-0700; Evenings 1430-0100

Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Pharmacist for an assignment in Richmond, VA. This role specializes in hospital pharmacy care, supporting complex patients across Trauma/Burn, Critical Care, Pediatrics, Cardiac Surgery, and ECMO. Pharmacists will operate within a dynamic hospital environment equipped with advanced systems like Meditech Magic, Vigilanz, and Dose Edge.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Experience with complex patient care involving Trauma/Burn, Critical Care, Pediatrics, Cardiac Surgery, and ECMO
• Utilize Dose Edge for IV experience
• Ensure proficiency with Pyxis and Meditech systems
• Verify IVs and medications, and perform IV compounding as needed

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• Virginia State Pharmacist license
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience
• Advanced skills in Vancomycin AUC dosing, Aminoglycoside dosing, Renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, and DOAC
