Location: Richmond, VA

Pay: $3,333.20 weekly

Shifts: Nights 20:30-07:00; Evenings 14:30-01:00

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist - Travel

• Experience with Trauma/Burn/Critical care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, ECMO
• Perform IV verification, medication verification, and IV compounding as needed
• Utilize Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech, and Vigilanz systems
• Implement advanced skills such as Vancomycin AUC dosing and Aminoglycoside dosing
• Renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, DOAC implementation

Requirements of the Pharmacist - Travel

• Virginia State Pharmacist license required
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience
• Proficiency in using Meditech, Pyxis, and Vigilanz
