Job Title: Pharmacist (Travel)

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay: $83.33 per hour

Shifts: Nights 2030-0700; Evenings 1430-0100

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist for a position in Richmond, VA. This role will focus on working with complex patients including Trauma/Burn/Critical Care, Pediatrics, Cardiac Surgery, and ECMO. Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Manage complex patient cases including Trauma/Burn/Critical Care, Pediatrics, Cardiac Surgery, and ECMO
• Perform IV verification and medication verification
• Conduct IV compounding as needed

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• Virginia State Pharmacist license
• Two years of hospital experience
• Experience with Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech, Vigilanz systems
• Skills in Vancomycin AUC dosing, Aminoglycoside dosing, Renal dosing, as well as warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, and DOAC
