Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor

• Direct and supervise daily administrative operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement operational and financial outcome measures
• Evaluate and implement departmental policies and procedures
• Assess program effectiveness and facilitate process improvements
• Supervise staff through timely feedback and performance evaluations
• Manage purchasing and inventory functions for timely pharmaceutical availability
• Facilitate professional growth of staff by identifying learning opportunities
• Prepare monthly progress and operational reports
• Participate in departmental orientation, training, and quality assurance programs
• Engage in educational programs to maintain competency levels

Requirements of the Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred with one-year residency
• Five years of professional experience with two years of management experience
• Current and valid state Pharmacy license required
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
