Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Greensburg, PA

Pay: $1,108.80 weekly

Shifts: 2nd Shift: rotating schedule (days will differ) every 2 weeks / must be available 7 days per week / 3pm-11pm & 2pm-10pm / 2 holidays per year / shift diff $1.00

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire role in Greensburg, PA. Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician

• Fill prescriptions and prepare IVs under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
• Work with Billing Supervisor to enter data into computer system for prescriptions and reimbursement payments
• Prepackage medication for dispensing according to standards and government regulations
• Assist the pharmacist in final checking of filled prescriptions
• Coordinate accurate and timely delivery of medications to customers
• Maintain good inventory practices including receiving, rotating incoming medications, posting lot numbers and expiration dates
• Check equipment for calibration, safety, and cleanliness

Requirements of the Pharmacy Technician

• Relevant experience working under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and computer data entry
