Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant

• Assist physical therapists in providing treatments to help patients regain mobility
• Implement therapy goals and plans as directed by the physical therapist
• Maintain accurate patient records using Point Click Care (PCC) system
• Help prepare patients and equipment for therapy sessions
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the physical therapist

Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license
• BLS Certification
