Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Clinic

Location: Brookings, OR

Pay: $1,795.20 weekly

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Provide individualized care with a focus on general orthopedics and occasional neuro/CVA cases
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute follow-up sessions
• Utilize WebPT for electronic medical records
• Work with a patient volume of typically 8-12 patients per day

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Oregon PT license required prior to start date
• Outpatient experience preferred
