Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant

• Assist Physical Therapists in planning and implementing rehabilitation programs
• Administer treatments to patients as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Monitor patient's progress and respond to feedback regarding treatment outcomes
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during therapy sessions

Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in PA
• Relevant experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
