Job Title: Physical Therapist - Travel

Location: Bemidji, MN

Pay: $3,158.40 weekly

Shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Bemidji, MN. This role involves working within an acute hospital setting, providing evaluation and treatment for a range of adult patient diagnoses. The position offers an opportunity to work between LTC/SNF at Nielson Place and the main hospital.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with a variety of diagnoses in the acute hospital setting
• Work with patients experiencing general deconditioning, total joint replacement, post-operative orthopedics, and some neurological and medical-surgical conditions
• Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records
• Cross-train to SNF for intermittent coverage needs

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Minimum 1 year PT experience in the past 3 years required
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
• Experience with EPIC highly preferred
• Active MN state license - willing to obtain
• Active BLS - must be AHA
