Shifts: M-F, 8am-5pm

This role is within a home or alternative setting, providing both direct and indirect patient care services. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs
• Administer complex therapeutic exercises
• Instruct and assist patients and caregivers in improving functional mobility
• Provide clinical supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants and Home Health Aides
• Ensure appropriate use of adaptive equipment
• Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• GA license or compact license acceptable
• Prior home health experience
• Proficiency with HCHB
