Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist - Travel

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish personalized plans of care
• Assist with patient rounds and participate in care conferences as needed
• Collaborate frequently with the rehab team on patient progress and equipment needs
• Provide therapy services in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and the rehab gym

Requirements of the Physical Therapist - Travel

• CPR certification
• NC Physical Therapy license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital and/or nursing home setting
