Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Lenoir, NC

Pay: $2,752 per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with weekend on-call for ortho

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatment of patients per physician orders
• Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures
• Review patient records for current diagnosis, history, and contraindications
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans
• Regularly reassess treatment plans and patient progress
• Communicate patient needs and progress with the treatment team
• Consult with medical providers regarding patient evaluation and treatment
• Recommend and assist in securing adaptive equipment for patients
• Maintain and submit documentation according to required standards
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides as per state regulations
• Attend and participate in professional development programs

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Valid PT license in North Carolina
• Experience in home health and with HCHB
• Knowledge of Oasis
